Panorama and structure photographer Vincenzo Pagliuca was at all times fascinated by the empty, remoted homes scattered across the Campania area of southern Italy the place he grew up. Since 2016 he has travelled alongside the Apennine mountain vary that runs nearly the size of the nation, photographing uninhabited rural homes and deserted vacation houses linked to ski tourism – now unused because of lack of snow.
