A 20-year-old lacking Westchester County man was final seen working shirtless towards a Manhattan pier – a day after he posted an eerie “BYE” message addressed to his household on social media, authorities stated.
Neyson Estela was performing “paranoid” when he left New Rochelle round 5 p.m. Friday, and informed his brother that individuals have been following him, the native police division stated.
He was final seen sporting black shorts, a black T-shirt, black sneakers, a grey baseball hat and carrying a black backpack as he fled from an tackle on Nice Avenue, police stated.
Then on Saturday, Estela was noticed leaving each his shirt and his backpack behind and working towards Pier 84 at West forty sixth Avenue and twelfth Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen, near the Intrepid Museum, cops stated.
