Upstate NY Meeting candidate caught-on-camera snatching rival’s flyer from mailbox: ‘Dangerous, unhealthy unhealthy’

A candidate operating for state Meeting in upstate New York was apparently caught on digital camera snatching his rival’s marketing campaign flyer from the mailbox of a potential voter.

Footage from the Scotia home-owner’s Ring digital camera confirmed Joseph Mastroianni eradicating a political mailer from the mailbox, placing it in his pocket after which stuffing his personal flyer within the field.
