urgeons have carried out the UK’s first womb transplant on a lady whose sister was the dwelling donor.

The 34-year-old married lady obtained the womb – additionally known as the uterus – throughout an operation lasting 9 hours and 20 minutes on the Churchill Hospital in Oxford, which is a part of Oxford College Hospitals NHS Basis Belief.
