UK inflation jumps to three.5% pushed by 'terrible April' invoice hikes


It comes after Ofgem‘s vitality worth cap rose by 6.4% in April, having fallen a 12 months earlier, alongside a raft of invoice hikes for under-pressure households, together with steep will increase to water prices, in addition to rises for council tax, cell and broadband tariffs, and TV licences amongst many others.
