President-elect Donald Trump continued to fill his administration at breakneck velocity Tuesday night time, tapping SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk and biotech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy would head up a brand new “Division of Authorities Effectivity.”
