Trump names son-in-law Jared Kushner’s father Charles as subsequent ambassador to France


President-elect Trump has named rich New Jersey actual property developer Charles Kushner as the following ambassador to France.

Trump took to his Reality Social community to announce the appointment of his son-in-law’s dad.

The Kushner Firms founder “is an incredible enterprise chief, philanthropist, and dealmaker,” Trump wrote, including he “will probably be a powerful advocate representing our Nation and its pursuits.”

“Congratulations to Charlie, his great spouse Seryl, their 4 kids, and 14 grandchildren, Trump continued.

“His son, Jared, labored intently with me within the White Home, specifically on Operation Warp Pace, Felony Justice Reform, and the Abraham Accords,” Trump wrote. “Collectively, we’ll strengthen America’s partnership with France, our oldest Ally, and one in all our biggest!”

Kushner, 70, whom Trump knew from trade circles, was convicted in 2005 of unlawful marketing campaign contributions, tax evasion and witness tampering as a part of a salacious household scandal.

In 2020, Kushner was amongst 26 folks granted full pardons by Trump.

His son Jared married Trump’s daughter Ivanka in 2009.

In a 2004 plea settlement, Kushner admitted to hiring a prostitute to seduce his brother-in-law, filming the tryst and sending the tape to his sister.

The case, which was prosecuted by then-US legal professional Chris Christie, resulted in Kushner serving two years behind bars.
