Former President Donald Trump joked throughout his Lengthy Island rally Wednesday that he hoped his spouse Melania wrote “good issues” about him in her upcoming memoir.
The 78-year-old GOP presidential nominee drew cheers and laughter from the raucous Nassau Coliseum crowd when he promoted the previous first girl’s ebook set to be launched in October.
“Exit and get her ebook,” he exclaimed. “She simply wrote a ebook. I hope she stated good issues about me.”
“Exit and purchase it, it’s nice. And if she says unhealthy issues about me I’ll name you all up and I’ll say don’t purchase it, do away with it,” Trump quipped as his supporters chuckled.
Melania Trump, 54, has ramped up publicity for the ebook, referred to as “Melania,” in latest weeks.
The previous first girl stated in a earlier video submit on-line she hopes to provide readers “the reality,” claiming she’s been a sufferer of “misrepresentation” throughout her partner’s time within the highlight.
