It was almost 1am and Jake Polonsky, on the twenty fourth ground of Tower 42 in central London, was three hours away from the top of his day. The director of images, who has labored on reveals together with Black Mirror and Billions, had spent the day getting ready for a night time shoot.
His taking pictures schedule for season two of the Apple TV present Floor was operating over three nights, from 5pm to 4am. “We had been filming a massive engagement celebration for 2 of the characters, Quinn and Grace. Throughout a break I seen these extras ready to go on. I don’t know if the girl on the left discovered the towel on set – perhaps she introduced it from dwelling.”

He didn’t disturb them to ask their names, and says the place of the cup, obscuring the male additional’s face, was purely coincidental. “The lighting was flat, the composition odd, nevertheless it labored.
