Texas Democratic delegate robbed at gunpoint close to DNC in Chicago

A member of the Texas Democratic delegation was robbed at gunpoint in downtown Chicago early Wednesday.

The sufferer — who was within the Windy Metropolis for the Democratic Nationwide Conference this week — was strolling with a buddy close to the Allegro Royal Sonesta Resort Chicago after they have been focused by the gunman carrying a ski masks, CWBChicago reported.

The gunman allegedly approached the pair simply moments after he pulled up throughout the road in a black Vary Rover and robbed a 25-year-old man of his pockets and lodge room key, the outlet stated.

No accidents have been reported.

The Chicago police issued an alert for the theft suspect and an confederate Thursday morning.

The suspects are described as two males between 5 ft 7 and 5 ft 9.

Chicago police didn’t instantly reply to The Put up’s inquiries concerning the incident.
