Swinney voices concern at ‘excessive state of affairs’ at College of Dundee

“The Scottish Authorities is working carefully with the Scottish Funding Council, the organisation that interacts with universities about their funding, and because the Finance Secretary set out within the Funds in February, there will likely be help obtainable from the Scottish Authorities to assist with the acute state of affairs that we face within the College of Dundee.”
