Mr Swinney mentioned: “Because the Authorities has got down to Parliament already, we’re contemplating the small print of the Supreme Courtroom judgment, taking the mandatory recommendation from the Equalities and Human Rights Fee concerning the utility of that recommendation, and that may have a bearing on the judgments which might be made in relation to public companies and I’d anticipate… all public our bodies to function on that foundation and throughout the regulation.”
