New Orleans residents are profiting from a uncommon snow storm and frigid temperatures that turned French Quarter streets into an ice hockey rink on Tuesday.

Video posted to social media by Fox8 reporter Olivia Vidal reveals a person with a pair of skates, a hockey stick, and a puck deking down an ice-covered Canal Avenue within the Crescent Metropolis.

One of many busiest blocks in all of New Orleans, Canal Avenue is empty and utterly quiet save for the only skater and a videographer who’s taking within the uncommon sight.
