The report states that the Daughters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul (DCSVP), which supplied the making, was reluctant to make a monetary contribution because it had supplied 19 million euro (£16.2 million) to the Residential Establishments Redress Scheme in respect of the St Patrick’s/Pelletstown establishment.
