The ominous mailing, reported to the NYPD round 2:40 p.m. Monday, included an assortment of newspaper clippings with random letters and symbols written in purple, the sources mentioned.
A swastika was scrawled on the brow of an unidentified man depicted within the information cutouts, based on the sources.
