Shon Faye, creator of Love in Exile, shares her experiences of looking for love: from a trans teen who thought themselves unworthy of affection, to a celebration lady in her 20s – and now, a girl with a deeper understanding of what actual love is. She tells Hannah Moore how recovering from alcohol habit helped to reframe her understanding of affection.
