Jayceon Department, 9, was taking part in basketball together with his pals at Raleigh Oak Constitution Elementary on March 3 when his classmate, 7-year-old Donye Moore, keeled over and struggled to breathe as he started choking on a granola bar, in line with footage obtained by WRAL Information.
