In Could 2020, Christian Cooper was in an space referred to as the Ramble in Central Park in New York. It’s a fantastic place, he says, and important to the native fowl inhabitants. So when he noticed a canine off its leash, which isn’t permitted within the Ramble to guard the birds, he confronted the proprietor.
