The plans will see 1,358 properties inbuilt a number of blocks ranging between 4 and 31 storeys, a secondary college for 1,200 pupils, a ‘police base’ for the Safer Neighbourhoods Crew and area for outlets. Out of 1,358 properties, 379 of those will likely be classed as ‘inexpensive’, with the rest for personal sale.
