Esther Keim delivers frozen turkeys to folks residing in distant elements of Alaska, flying low over rural areas of the US state in her small aircraft. For her Alaska Turkey Bomb programme, she flies about 100 miles north from her base in Wasilla so far as the foothills of Denali, North America’s tallest mountain.
