Earlier within the debate, Mr Moon stated “path searching has been used as a defence” when hunts and their organisers land within the legal justice system, accused of searching a wild mammal with a canine, as he described a “disturbing actuality – path searching is offering a smokescreen for unlawful fox searching”.
