Earlier within the debate, Mr Moon mentioned “path looking has been used as a defence” when hunts and their organisers land within the prison justice system, accused of looking a wild mammal with a canine, as he described a “disturbing actuality – path looking is offering a smokescreen for unlawful fox looking”.
