Oscar Jenkins, the Australian man reported as killed in captivity by Russian forces within the warfare in Ukraine, is alive, Penny Wong has mentioned.
The Australian overseas minister introduced on Wednesday that the federal government has confirmed he’s being held as a prisoner of warfare.
“The Australian Authorities has acquired affirmation from Russia that Oscar Jenkins is alive and in custody,” she mentioned.
