Ombudman ‘couldn’t set up’ that officers heard declare of Morley homicide


Assistant Chief Constable Ryan Henderson mentioned: “In 2005, the then chief constable of the Police Service of Northern Eire made a referral to the Workplace of the Police Ombudsman for an impartial investigation into allegations that two cops had been current when an individual admitted accountability for the 1990 homicide of Eoin Morley, and took no motion and we welcome the publication of their report immediately.
