The New York Solar proprietor, Dovid Efune, has begun unique talks to purchase the Each day and Sunday Telegraph for £550m, the Guardian understands .
Efune, a former editor of the New York-based Jewish publication, the Algemeiner Journal, made the best bid to purchase the newspapers final month and has crushed three rivals to turn out to be the proprietor.
