A navy choose dominated Wednesday that plea offers sparing accused 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and two different terrorists the loss of life penalty should stay in impact.
The beautiful transfer comes three months after Secretary of Protection Lloyd Austin revoked the surprising plea offers handed out to Mohammed and two alleged accomplices by the Workplace of Navy Commissions in July.
The order, issued by Air Power Col. and Choose Matthew McCall in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, was first reported by the Related Press and has not but been posted publicly.
