Two Georgia Nationwide Guard troopers – one a newlywed and the opposite a latest father – have been killed in noncombatant incidents in Iraq on Wednesday.
Spc. Travis Jordan Pameni, 23, died in Baghdad after an incident at one other location, the Military stated.
He was assigned to the first Battalion, 121st Infantry Regiment out of Lawrenceville, which started a mission at an undisclosed location within the Center East in April.
Pameni was simply two months shy of celebrating his first wedding ceremony anniversary along with his spouse, Nasiah Pameni.
