Former Home Speaker Nancy Pelosi indicated Wednesday that she partly blames Republicans for the 2022 hammer assault towards her husband Paul Pelosi.
“I feel they take some accountability for that,” Pelosi instructed MSNBC host Andrea Mitchell, when requested whether or not she holds the those who have “focused” and “demonized” her accountable for David DePape’s brutal assault on her then-82-year-old husband.
The California Democrat accused the GOP of partaking within the “politics of private destruction” for the reason that Clinton administration, and stated that in newer years, the occasion has been honing its assaults on her – assaults which she claims “fueled” her husband’s assailant.
