Tree surgeon Ben Atkinson climbed the scaffolding surrounding Massive Ben dressed as Boris Johnson – full with a blond wig, shirt, jacket and tie – and was up Elizabeth Tower for round three and a half hours on October 18 2019, earlier than police managed to get him to return down.
