Willie Frank Peterson, 52, was convicted of conspiracy to distribute cocaine in 2023, and was sentenced to 6 years and three months in jail.

His sentence started on Sept. 13, 2023, based on courtroom information obtained by Fox Information Digital.

Per a Jan. 17 govt grant of clemency, Biden commuted Peterson’s sentence to twenty months, permitting him to depart custody shortly after.

However on Monday, Peterson was booked for a number of drug-related offensives in Dothan, Alabama.

The Dothan Police Division charged Peterson with two counts of illegal possession of a managed substance and one rely of possession of marijuana.
