Sarah Cotte, 21, from Camden, north London, allegedly made a public speech on October 9 2023 on the College of London’s College of Oriental and African Research (Soas) that “endorsed and celebrated” the assaults carried out two days earlier in southern Israel, when Hamas-led militants killed round 1,200 individuals, primarily civilians, and kidnapped 251 others.
