Harrow resident and Chair of Inclusion London, a pan-London Deaf and Disabled Folks’s Organisation, Adam Gabsi, informed the Native Democracy Reporting Service (LDRS): “Throughout Harrow, poorly maintained avenue areas are creating severe boundaries for disabled individuals. Uneven pavements, damaged slabs, blocked pathways, and insufficient dropped kerbs make it tough, if not inconceivable, for wheelchair customers, visually impaired individuals, and people with mobility aids to navigate safely.”
