Police in Laos have detained the supervisor and 7 employees of a backpacker hostel in Vang Vieng following the deaths of six vacationers from suspected methanol poisoning, state media reported on Tuesday.
Two Danish residents, an American, a Briton and two Australians died after what media mentioned was an evening out within the city on 12 November.
Police have detained the 34-year-old supervisor of the Nana backpacker hostel and 7 different staff for interrogation, the Laos Publish mentioned on Tuesday.
Native media reported that every one these detained have been Vietnamese nationals.
