LaGuardia passengers evacuated from terminals as ‘flights could also be disrupted’ because of ‘police exercise’

Vacationers at LaGuardia Airport have been evacuated Saturday morning amid “police exercise” that would result in flight disruptions, in response to reviews and social media posts.

Would-be vacationers have been moved from the terminals to a parking storage on the complicated early Saturday morning, video from PIX11’s Arrianee LeBeau confirmed.

The airport’s official X web page confirmed police exercise at Terminal B would seemingly disrupt flight plans — however didn’t say what sparked the chaos.

Passengers have been then moved to the car parking zone, they wrote on X.

“Nicely, this isn’t good, was proper about to undergo safety at LaGuardia Terminal B when TSA stopped all screening, then instructed everybody to evacuate the termina​l,” Roger Batson wrote.

It wasn’t instantly clear if the evacuation extends past Terminal B.
