One startup is seeking to shake issues up. Increase Supersonic, based in 2014 in Denver, Colorado, goals to carry again business supersonic flight by the top of the last decade. Their CEO, Blake Scholl, says they’re “4 to 5 years away from carrying passengers”. In January, Increase’s prototype XB-1 achieved its first profitable flight on the Mojave Air & House Port in California, reaching 35,290 ft earlier than accelerating to a high pace of 750 mph and breaking the sound barrier thrice. “ begin to the 12 months,” Scholl says.
