An Iowa man is dealing with prices for allegedly strangling a lady with the American flag earlier than her boyfriend intervened, in response to experiences.
Adam Sotzen, 39, of Cedar Rapids, was arrested early Monday morning following the reported strangulation and assault of the sufferer, who survived the assault, and her boyfriend at their house in North Liberty.
