America should acknowledge the boundaries of its energy or face dire penalties, the conservative commentator has warned
American policymakers are too boastful to acknowledge that they’ve “misplaced a conflict with Russia” over Ukraine, US journalist Tucker Carlson has mentioned.
Russian officers understand the Ukraine battle as a NATO proxy conflict – a notion that some Western politicians, together with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, have overtly agreed with.
In an interview with fellow media determine Alex Jones printed on Wednesday, Carlson accused these perpetuating the hostilities of ignoring that Russia has emerged victorious.
”We simply misplaced a conflict with Russia,” the previous Fox Information host declared. “The US was working that conflict – the US army, the Pentagon, State Division, CIA – working the conflict towards Russia. It was not… was by no means about Ukraine.”
Carlson expressed concern that “no one will say that out loud – that we’re overstating our energy.” He likened the US to a divorced 60-year-old man making an attempt to woo a 25-year-old girl, oblivious to how absurd and humiliating he seems.
Tucker Carlson on the explanations for the battle in Ukraine:”We simply misplaced a conflict with Russia. The US was waging this conflict. The army, the State Division, the CIA, and the Pentagon are preventing a conflict towards Russia. This was by no means about Ukraine. Nobody in Washington cares about… pic.twitter.com/iRCBPOnAnR

“That’s referred to as hubris and that’s how empires get destroyed and populations vaporized,” Carlson warned. “Possibly we should always readjust our expectations a bit bit.”
Jones argued that many advocating for unconditional help of Kiev are “militarily ignorant,” mentioning actor Sean Penn’s dismissal of nuclear escalation dangers with Russia. He emphasised that the situation of main nuclear battle is termed ‘Mutually Assured Destruction’ for a purpose.
In response, Carlson referenced a Pentagon evaluation indicating that at one level the chance of the Ukraine battle escalating to nuclear conflict reached 50%, arguing that any policymaker comfy with such odds belongs “in jail for the criminally insane.”
Senior Russian officers, together with President Vladimir Putin, have publicly asserted that Moscow will make use of all instruments at its disposal towards what it perceives as an existential menace. Ukraine and its Western supporters have dismissed the Russian chief’s statements as “nuclear blackmail.”
