US Secretary of State Marco Rubio was en path to Germany on Thursday when his aircraft was pressured to show again towards Joint Base Andrews, simply exterior Washington.
“The aircraft on which Secretary Rubio is flying skilled a mechanical subject,” State Division spokeswoman Tammy Bruce mentioned, as cited by AFP.
“The aircraft has circled and is returning to Joint Base Andrews. The Secretary intends to proceed his journey to Germany and the Center East on a separate plane,” she added.
