The husband of a newlywed killed by an alleged drunk driver on their wedding ceremony night time has been awarded $1.3 million in a settlement authorized this week, in line with stories.

Aric Hutchinson will reportedly obtain $863,300 — after lawyer and authorized charges — from three bars close to Charleston, South Carolina, in addition to Progressive auto insurance coverage and Enterprise Lease-A-Automobile within the loss of life of his bride, Samantha Miller.

Investigators mentioned Komoroski was driving drunk at 65 mph in a 25 mph zone when her Toyota Camry slammed into the again of the golf cart.
