A cadre of 10 juvenile delinquents — together with a 12-year-old — had been arrested for allegedly committing practically two dozen retail thefts in San Francisco, racking up $84,000 in stolen merchandise in the course of the spree, in line with police.

The 12-year-old is dealing with a slew of expenses together with assault prone to produce nice bodily damage, three counts of second-degree theft, seven counts of second-degree housebreaking, seven counts of grand theft, 10 counts of organized retail theft, and 4 counts of petty theft.
Brandon McClain, 18, is charged with 4 counts of second diploma housebreaking, 4 counts of grand theft, and 4 counts of organized retail theft.
McClain is being held with out bail, in line with the Chronicle.
