Embattled Columbia president Minouche Shafik resigns months after anti-Israel scholar protests: report

Columbia College President Minouche Shafik has resigned from the elite establishment, in keeping with a report.

Shafik is stepping away after only one 12 months on the helm, which was marked by fixed — and generally harmful — pro-Palestinian protests, the Free Beacon reported.
