Video of an ill-fated helicopter plummeting into the Hudson river emerged shortly after the crash Thursday afternoon.
The plane, apparently lacking its rotors, was seen spinning earlier than it splashed into the river close to Pier 40 on the Manhattan aspect and Hoboken on the New Jersey aspect.

A separate eyewitness captured the second the propellers of the Bell 206 helicopter plunged into the Hudson River.
5 Spanish vacationers, together with three kids, have been killed within the crash sources instructed the New York Put up. The chopper was operated by New York Helicopter, a tour firm.
