Disgruntled Arby’s buyer accused of choking teenage worker over order

A disgruntled Arby’s buyer who had some beef over his meaty order was arrested on assault and youngster abuse costs after he choked a teenage worker dealing with the drive-thru, Utah police stated. 

Salvador Anthony Espericueta, 51, was sitting on the Arby’s drive-thru in South Jordan round 2:15 p.m. on Saturday when he turned “upset along with his order” and bought out of his automotive to confront the fast-food worker, in line with the South Jordan Police Division. 

The alleged maniac requested the worker — described as a juvenile — if he was “man sufficient to have a dialog” earlier than shoving him towards the wall and door of the sandwich joint, in line with courtroom paperwork obtained by a number of retailers.

Police arrested Espericueta at his house. He admitted to authorities that he made a mistake on the Arby’s drive-thru, situated about 15 miles south of Salt Lake Metropolis, police stated.

He was charged with aggravated assault, aggravated youngster abuse and disorderly conduct.
