After Ofsted’s go to on October 30, inspectors wrote: “The supplier has not taken steps to enhance the safety of the setting throughout the shared constructing, which places youngsters in danger. Moreover, employees have a poor understanding of the chance assessments, which suggests they fail to take steps to maintain the premises secure and safe.”
