Capitol Police arrest man accused of ‘assaulting’ Rep. Nancy Mace


Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) stated she was “bodily accosted” on the US Capitol constructing advanced Tuesday by a transgender rights activist who was later arrested by Capitol Police.

Capitol Police stated James McIntyre, 33, was arrested contained in the Rayburn Home Workplace Constructing in reference to the incident.
