An Arizona prisoner serving 16 life sentences killed three different inmates at a state jail in Tucson, based on officers.
Ricky Wassenaar is accused of killing Saul Alvarez, Thorne Harnage and Donald Lashley through the altercation on Friday on the Arizona State Jail Cimmaron Unit, based on KOLD.
Wassenaar is the one suspect within the incident, the outlet reported.
Jail officers say he acted with “intent to hurt.”
Alvarez was behind bars for a Maricopa County homicide, Harnage was convicted in Pima County of sexual conduct with a minor and Lashley was serving a sentence for baby molestation in Pima County.
Wassenaar was already serving 16 life sentences for his function in a jail standoff in 2004, based on KOLD.
