Referring to tales she had heard of individuals dying in “deeply troublesome and traumatic circumstances”, she added: “Too many have seen their terminally in poor health family members take their very own lives out of desperation, or make the traumatic, lonely and expensive journey to Switzerland, after which face a police investigation whereas coping with their grief and loss.”
