A Queens driver flew off the deal with when he acquired hit with a ticket — smacking a site visitors cop and stealing his summons machine throughout a broad-daylight conflict this week, cops stated.

The 56-year-old uniformed NYPD site visitors enforcement agent was engaged on 63rd Drive close to Queens Boulevard round 4:20 p.m. Wednesday when Mark Garrido, 29, confronted him for ticketing his white SUV, authorities stated.

Garrido argued with the agent earlier than hitting his hand and snatching his summons machine in a match of rage, cops stated.

Garrido, seen in a surveillance picture carrying a black baseball cap, sweatshirt and sweatpants, then hopped into his SUV and took off, authorities stated.

The agent didn’t report any accidents, police stated.

Garrido, who lives about 4 miles from the scene in Ozone Park, was busted late Friday morning, authorities stated.
