A Tennessee pair have been arrested on youngster abuse fees after authorities discovered they locked a 7-year-old autistic youngster in a storage trunk inside their disgusting, feces-covered dwelling.

Mikki Dee Moody, 36, and Sean David Moody, 39, have been charged with aggravated youngster abuse and neglect and youngster endangerment after investigators searched their Elizabethton dwelling for an unrelated case on Thursday, WCYB reported.

After arriving on the dwelling and assembly each Mikki and Sean Moody, in addition to the 7-year-old youngster, investigators discovered the kid has autism and is non-verbal, in keeping with the report.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation took Sean David Moody into custody on a warrant charging him with abuse of a susceptible grownup.

Investigators performed a search warrant of the home and found unsanitary residing situations that included wall retailers containing uncovered wiring and animal and human feces on the ground, in keeping with the report.

A storage trunk containing urine-soaked blankets, a pillow, and a half-eaten pizza in addition to “clothes that comprises a substance according to blood” was present in the lounge, the sheriff’s workplace stated.

In keeping with investigators, the kid could be locked within the storage trunk with meals.

Each Mikki and Sean Moody have been booked into the Carter County Detention Middle Thursday.

Mikki Moody was launched from custody after posting a $75,000 bond.
