‘Would set a horrible precedent’: Pence says he WON’T invoke twenty fifth Am to oust Trump

Vice President Mike Pence has acknowledged that he wouldn’t collapse to stress from the Democratic-run Home to invoke the twenty fifth Modification, arguing it mustn’t function “a method of punishment or usurpation.”
